The location is around 4 kms from the Ooty bus station. Approaching the premises is not very convenient.The building and rooms are good, was very cold inside and the floor was very cold. Carpet if provided on the floor could improve the condition.Linens were bit smelly.Breakfast was good, but was served not on time.The health faucet was leaking.Parking could be difficult.No lift, breakfast is served in third floor.

Located slightly outside the city, this place is a solid budget-friendly choice for a comfortable stay. Hot water is available round the clock, even at the sinks. The rooms are clean, and the staff are pleasant and helpful.The complimentary breakfast includes dosa and vada, which is more than enough for a light morning bite. If you prefer something else, you can request it in advance. The dining area is spacious and can accommodate many guests, so it’s better to have your meals there instead of eating in the room.

We were very impressed with our recent stay. The first thing we noticed was how immaculately clean the entire property was. Our room was much larger than expected and felt fresh and well-cared for. Additionally, the breakfast was a highlight’everything was fresh, well-stocked, and delicious. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay."

I would have given 5 star atleast if they behave in a respectful way..I asked them if there is any bathroom chappals available because it too cold to touch the floor..they behaved in a very disrespectful way and told me that it's not a 5 star hotel to provide all that..they can simply say it's not available..why insulting us like we are not capable to take a five star hotel instead of this 1 star hotel (i paid 1500/night here,’’).... bathroom is okay..room also okay..but behaviour to the guest is very bad and there is no heater in the room ..in this high cold weather they are not providing heater in room..
