Villa Euphoria

Sunil and Charlie, the hosts, were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here. We visited at the end of July, which is one of the best times and locations to be in Ooty. You can also reach out to them anytime for anything you require. They were available 24/7 during our entire stay.

Mr. Charlie made sure we felt comfortable like at home. The staff was very welcoming. All in all, a great stay considering the cost.

Parimala, Charlie, and the rest of the staff were outstanding, and the property and room service were top-notch... definitely worth a visit.

My 2 cents and review for this place . I booked hotel for 2 days Pros :1. They helped us early check-in by 2hrs 2. Staff is super friendly , I was needing some fruits and basic stuffs, Charlie helped getting the items on his scooty3. I booked tour sightseeing package from hotel, price seems okay and they can customise based on your needs [hard to negotiate on]4. Property location is greatJust ok:1. The room is okayish I will rate 3/5 [not too small , not too big]2. They don’t had amenities like hair dryer, bathroom slippers, shaving kit etc3. They just have one queen/king bed (good for 2 people) in all rooms mostly, so if you come with family you might need to get mattress from them And sleep on floor 4. I paid to include breakfast, but it’s totally not worth it , waste of money, it’s not buffet also, per head basis they preorder food , and if you want to eat something more, but sorry you can’t , as it mostly be finished and you can’t, better you get out and eat5. There is no in-house restaurant so you need to order zomato / swiggy So I will rate overall 3/5.

Here are my thoughts and review for this hotel where I stayed for 2 days. Pros: 1. They allowed us to check in 2 hours early. 2. The staff is very friendly; Charlie helped me get some fruits and basic items on his scooter. 3. I booked a sightseeing tour package through the hotel; the price seemed reasonable and they can customize it based on your needs, though it's a bit hard to negotiate. 4. The location of the property is excellent. Just okay: 1. The room was average, I'd rate it 3/5—not too small, not too big. 2. They didn't provide amenities like a hair dryer, bathroom slippers, or shaving kit. 3. Most rooms have only one queen or king bed suitable for two people, so if you're with family, you might need to get a mattress and sleep on the floor. 4. I paid for breakfast, but it wasn't worth it; it's not a buffet but a preordered meal per person, and if you want more food, it's usually finished, so better to eat outside. 5. There's no in-house restaurant, so you have to order from Zomato or Swiggy. Overall, I'd rate it 3/5.
