**Headline: Highly disappointing stay – misleading and unhygienic**"I strongly advise families to avoid this property. Despite being listed on international platforms like Agoda, this is not a hotel; it is more of a basic homestay that does not meet 2 or 3-star standards.We had several major issues during our stay: * **Food Safety:** We ordered chicken biryani, and the chicken was served undercooked and bloody. It was completely inedible and a serious health risk. * **Service & Housekeeping:** Our room was never cleaned. When we confronted the staff, they made the excuse that we hadn't left our key, rather than taking initiative or asking us. * **Facilities:** We dealt with a total lack of water for over an hour.There are many better hotels in Ooty within this price range. I am surprised Agoda lists this property without verifying the quality. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
Overall good experience with this hotel.The staff were polite.The room was neat and clean.Also car parking was available.But the complimentary breakfast contains limited items and to be add more.
