Resort is in prime spot. Beautiful resort with 100% cleanliness. Sunrise view rooms served best to see sunrise. It was breath taking. Their breakfast is best. All the staffs were friendly, few names to mention are Lydia, Francis, Zafir. Room service were prompt. Fully satisfied

’Our stay at Vista Suites Doddabetta was truly memorable - one of the best experiences we’ve had in Ooty! Had a wonderful stay at Vista suite dodebetta. The location was perfect for sightseeing, The staff were incredibly friendly especially Abhishek and Praveen and efficient, making us feel right at home from the moment we checked in. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was remarkably comfortable, providing excellent sleep quality. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options, and GM Kuttan sir helped me to make my sightseeing easily. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return for a longer visit in the future!"

Frustrating Stay Experience

We booked this hotel through a travel agency as part of a package for 3 nights (Dec 28’30). The room was great when we checked in, and the location was perfect.But things took a turn the next day when we needed to work from home. The WiFi was sketchy, so we complained and got shifted to a new room after 4’5 hours.Big mistake. The new room had dirty bed sheets, a tiny washroom, and the WiFi was still awful and unusable for work. We complained again, but nothing changed. Service was painfully slowWe’d ask for something and get it hours later, after multiple calls.We were told there’d be bonfires, but they lit it only once in 3 nights, and even then, no proper seating. When we asked for one on the 30th, they basically said, ’Can’t do it for 2 people’it’ll go to waste.’ Like really.’’Multiple guests were frustrated with the WiFi, room service, and overall experience. Guess they forgot the whole ’customer satisfaction’ thing ’’.The location is good but not safe for the children. We have seen a bear crossing the road just like 100m away from the resort.
