I recently stayed at this resort and had amazing experience.the room was absolutely breathtaking.the food quality and taste were fantastic. From check in to check out Lidia was exceptional she is very polite guide as well and took great care of us throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place .

We booked this hotel through a travel agency as part of a package for 3 nights (Dec 28’30). The room was great when we checked in, and the location was perfect.But things took a turn the next day when we needed to work from home. The WiFi was sketchy, so we complained and got shifted to a new room after 4’5 hours.Big mistake. The new room had dirty bed sheets, a tiny washroom, and the WiFi was still awful and unusable for work. We complained again, but nothing changed. Service was painfully slowWe’d ask for something and get it hours later, after multiple calls.We were told there’d be bonfires, but they lit it only once in 3 nights, and even then, no proper seating. When we asked for one on the 30th, they basically said, ’Can’t do it for 2 people’it’ll go to waste.’ Like really.’’Multiple guests were frustrated with the WiFi, room service, and overall experience. Guess they forgot the whole ’customer satisfaction’ thing ’’.The location is good but not safe for the children. We have seen a bear crossing the road just like 100m away from the resort.

Vista Suites Doddabetta is truly a super hotel and a place you should definitely come and visit! From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding.
