We had a good experience and an overall good stay. There is a pure vegetarian restaurant of the hotel which serves buffet breakfast and dinner and ala carte lunch. The property is a bit old and may need a small maintenance in terms of furniture.

The hotel is great for family. Having all the amenities of star rated hotel with great helpful staff.Though it is a Pure Veg Restaurant, the food was fabulous.Only one advice - Please try to serve ala carte dinner also for convenience of few other travellers also.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Apart from that, the overall experience was quite disappointing.The property is very poorly maintained, and the cleanliness standards are just average. We requested a room heater as one of us had a fever, but even after replacing it three times, every heater provided was faulty, which was extremely inconvenient.The staff also seemed unresponsive and lacked urgency in addressing issues. Room maintenance was below expectations, with worn-out fittings and an overall neglected feel.The dinner buffet priced at 550 per person was definitely not worth the cost, with very limited and average-quality food options. The breakfast buffet was also quite ordinary and lacked variety.Overall, the stay did not offer good value for money, and the hotel seriously needs improvements in maintenance, service quality, and food standards.
