The food and service were very disappointing. The food quality fell short of what I expected, and the service was very slow and badly handled, particularly for a group visit. If you're planning to come with family or a bigger group, I recommend reconsidering this place. There are other options that offer more efficient service and a superior dining experience. I hope the management pays attention to this feedback and makes improvements in both the food and customer service.

I came to Jarul for the second time, and the service was even worse than the first visit. It took them at least 30 minutes to take our order and an hour to serve the food. We arrived at 9:30 pm but didn't get our food until 11 pm. The service was terrible.
