The check-in time is 1:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM, and they follow these timings without exceptions. I had to wait around 90 minutes before I could check in. I also noticed other guests waiting at the reception for check-in, so there doesn’t seem to be any special treatment—everyone is expected to follow the same rules. That said, the hotel environment is excellent and the cleanliness is top-notch. The overall atmosphere is pleasant and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was also really good, with a nice variety of options. The main drawback is the location. I would recommend this hotel mainly for people travelling with their own vehicle. The hotel is in a relatively remote area, and getting an auto is difficult. Auto drivers are generally not very interested in coming to this location for pickups. The surrounding streets also have limited/no street lighting, which can be uncomfortable after dark. Overall: A clean, well-maintained hotel with a great environment and breakfast, but be prepared to strictly follow the check-in/check-out timings and preferably have your own vehicle for convenient transportation.

The property has a good location and the building looks decent, but the overall experience was not worth the price paid. The room had very old, worn-out towels with threads coming out, and the bathroom sink and spray faucet were not functioning properly. The restaurant service was the biggest disappointment. We ordered dinner around 9:00 PM and waited nearly 45 minutes for the food. After finishing dinner at around 10:05 PM, we asked for dessert and were rudely told that orders were not accepted after 10 PM. Considering the delay was from the restaurant itself, this was very frustrating. Breakfast service was also poorly managed, with insufficient cutlery at the buffet.The restaurant also did not have a card-swiping/payment machine, which was inconvenient.Overall, good property and location, but the service, maintenance and restaurant operations need significant improvement. At this price, I would expect much better.

Very clean and tidy property.Staff were good and supportive . Location of the property is perfect Areas of Improvement: In house kitchen and room service needs to be improved like Room service was not available for the food/beverages from the restaurant all the time as there was a specific time the restaurant was open.No ala-carte breakfast is available which becomes a necessity when there is big family group travelling
