3star hotel would be a 5star hotel compared to this stay to be honest. Stayed there for a day and our family couldn't wait to get out of there. Very poor infrastructure which needs a major refurbishment, the interiors and architecture seems like done by some 12th grade student and the buffet counter utensils look like they were last used when India got independence.Ac wasn't working, many sockets wasn't working, the waiters looked least interested when we asked for basic hot water and just gave us the kettle itself for us to pour and drink the next time.Kindly look into this before the hotel goes bankrupt by next fiscal year if this continues.

Family • Jun 2026Honestly, compared to this experience, even a 3-star hotel would feel like a 5-star. We stayed for just one day and our family was eager to leave. The infrastructure is very poor and badly needs renovation. The interiors and design look like they were done by a 12th grader, and the buffet utensils appear as if they haven't been used since India's independence. The AC wasn't functioning, many power sockets were out of order, and the waiters seemed uninterested when we requested basic hot water, simply handing us the kettle to pour and drink later. Please address these issues before the hotel risks going bankrupt next fiscal year if things don't improve.
