The only positive aspect was the helpful host. Parking was very hard to find. The rooms were unclean. If you choose non-AC rooms, watch out for mosquitoes. There were power outages at night with no UPS backup. If you're with family, you might be disturbed by other guests since the spaces are cramped. The amenities were lacking.

We had a wonderful stay. The homestay was tidy, cozy, and well kept. The owner was very kind and supportive, providing detailed information about the trip that made our experience smoother and more pleasant. The hospitality was exceptional, and we felt warmly welcomed the entire time. The setting was tranquil, and all essential amenities were provided. Thanks for making our visit unforgettable. We would certainly like to return and strongly suggest this homestay to others visiting the region. 😍😍

The location is excellent and the owners provide outstanding service. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. It's suitable for hosting 15 people in one villa. Wishing you all the best.

My experience with them was very disappointing. As a female traveler, I strongly suggest being careful. They seem to prioritize money over basic kindness or customer service. At first, the uncle and aunty seem friendly and agreeable, agreeing to everything, but after payment, their behavior changes drastically. Their treatment of guests afterward is upsetting and disrespectful. For those new to Kochi, I advise not to depend on them for advice or recommendations and to stay cautious if you decide to stay there. Their friendliness feels fake and deceptive. This is not from personal spite, but based on how badly I was treated as a customer. The experience was very disappointing, and the dishonesty made it worse.

An amazing homestay that truly feels like a cozy home. The hosts, Mam and Sir, take care of everything with the affection and attention of parents. I'm very grateful for such a secure environment, especially for girls and solo travelers. They also help with recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and even assist in booking tickets for the Kathakali performance and the Kumbalangi bioluminescence tour. Feeling safe here is wonderful ❤️
