I have visited this homestay several times, and the service is always pleasant with reasonable prices. The rooms are comfortable, and there is a shared fridge and seating area. Many thanks to aunty and the adorable dog Lisa for making each stay so welcoming😊

Caution! We rented two motorcycles from I-one in Kochi. The owner, Ivan, assured us that the bikes were in perfect condition and that he would be available for any problems, but this was not true. Soon after starting our ride to Munnar, a serious clutch issue appeared. We had already expressed concerns during the test ride, but were told everything was new and fine. Upon reaching Munnar, local garages refused to service bikes from him. After much effort, one mechanic agreed to check and found the clutch plates completely worn and needing replacement. Ivan initially denied responsibility and only after repeated disputes agreed not to charge us for the repair. Later, after an accident involving a bus, we were taken by ambulance to the hospital, leaving the motorcycles in a safe place. Instead of offering help or arranging transport for the bikes, Ivan insisted we return to the accident site ourselves to find a truck for transport, while we were receiving medical care. His disrespectful attitude, lack of accountability, and attempts to extract more money from us—even risking our health and safety—are unacceptable. If you want a trouble-free motorcycle trip, avoid this place.

This place was well located making it easy to get around by foot. The staff was nice, you could ask them anything and they would gladly help you. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect place for a few days in Kochi.

Everything was good (but not excellent). I liked the fact that there was a shared area with a TV, fridge, and kettle. Only 2 minuses (1) hot water tap but not integrated with the shower (2) ceiling fan was either full on and too noisy or too slow and ineffective... so, I opened all of the windows :-)
