I have enjoyed stay at kalyani residency the staff is very polite and helpful service is prompt i will recommend to everyone to try once imy group is frequently coming here and mr Shiva is very kind helpful and nice by nature

Hi our group stayed in your hotel and took 5 rooms from 10-02-2026 to 11-02-2026 in the name of Rashmin shah ! Overall experience good but few very week point1- why customer who are coming from 10 years need to say for discount in restaurant every time!2- the new renovation of your rooms specially bathroom is not upto the mark why - the closure door lock is very close so very difficult to lock it & mirror is exactly in front of door so there is lack of privacy if someone is taking bath and by mistake door is open the reflection is easily !3- when billing is there the customer should not be effected by the software change there should always be good experience to the customer

I have stayed at this hotel in different years as part of a travel group, not by personal choice. Unfortunately, the restaurant has been consistently disappointing. On multiple occasions, the waiter took our orders only to return later saying that several items were not available. After coming back tired from day trips, this repeated inconvenience was extremely frustrating.It was even more frustrating this time to have used the service lift, the whole hotel reeked of varnish and noise of drilling as renovation is going what sort hotel accomdates customer in such conditionsThink twice please before booking
