This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. There was no hot water and no staff available to assist. The bed was the worst I've ever experienced. I made a booking online but had to wait for an hour because the hotel staff had no idea about the online reservation. If the management can't handle such situations, they should realize their lack of knowledge and poor service. They offer the worst experience. Please don't deceive people who expect a good stay, only to be disappointed by the terrible service and dishonesty.
