I had confirmed my booking over the phone, and they clearly said ’room is ready sir.’ But when I reached Hotel Elite Park, Tirupati, they suddenly acted like they’d never heard of me! No room, no apology ’ just blank faces and cheap excuses.The staff’s attitude was unbelievable ’ totally unprofessional and careless. It felt like they were running a scam in the name of hospitality.And please ’ don’t trust those fake 5-star reviews on Google! They’re clearly written by the hotel staff or their friends. It’s all a setup to fool customers.This place is not ’Elite,’ it’s a total nightmare. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this hotel. Tirupati has plenty of better, more honest options ’ this one deserves to be avoided at all costs! ’’

Worst experience ever!I had confirmed my booking at Hotel Elite Park over the phone, and they assured me a room would be ready when I arrived. But when I reached the hotel after a long journey, they simply said ’no rooms available’ and behaved like it was my fault! Totally unprofessional and irresponsible staff.They don’t value customers at all ’ imagine confirming a room and then denying it at the last moment! Wasted my time, money, and energy. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.Stay away from this hotel if you don’t want your trip ruined!

They confirm your booking overthe phone, but when we visit the place, they say there is no room. They commit to one price and debate on the price while checkout.
