I had confirmed my booking over the phone, and they clearly said ’room is ready sir.’ But when I reached Hotel Elite Park, Tirupati, they suddenly acted like they’d never heard of me! No room, no apology ’ just blank faces and cheap excuses.The staff’s attitude was unbelievable ’ totally unprofessional and careless. It felt like they were running a scam in the name of hospitality.And please ’ don’t trust those fake 5-star reviews on Google! They’re clearly written by the hotel staff or their friends.
