’’ Disappointing Third Stay at Treebo Sripadha ResidencyThis review is written with a heavy heart, as this was our third stay at Treebo Sripadha Residency, and the experience was shockingly poor compared to our previous visits.In the past, we chose this hotel because we found it to be consistently clean and good. Unfortunately, it seems the standards have drastically dropped.Key Issues During This Stay:’’ Bad Smells: The room had a persistent and unpleasant odor, which was noticeable the moment we entered.’ Dirty Linens: Most concerningly, the bed and pillow covers were visibly dirty. This is an unacceptable standard for any accommodation, let alone one we had previously trusted.The lack of cleanliness completely overshadowed any positives and made for an extremely uncomfortable stay. We expected the reliable standards from our previous experiences, and the reality was a significant letdown.We sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address the hygiene and cleanliness issues, particularly regarding the state of the linens, before we could consider staying here again.

Pathetic is an understatement for this hotel.The room they gave us was tiny, dirty, and disgusting ’ filthy linens, and yes, a cockroach as a welcome gift. The so-called ’breakfast’ was arranged on the terrace under a tin shade, where sambar and chutney were kept openly without lids, and not a single staff member was there to monitor anything. Absolute unhygienic nonsense.We booked a cab from the hotel for Tirumala darshan ’ they fixed ’2500 for pickup and drop. We started at 4 PM and we collected our mobile around 11 pm. The driver (Jonny) they sent had zero knowledge of Tirumala landmarks, kept rushing us, refused to come near the gates we were standing at, and even forced us to skip dinner. Completely unprofessional and rude.And the best part?The next day the manager, Purushottam, started demanding ’3000 instead of the agreed ’2500, claiming we ’took more time’ for darshan. What a joke! As if devotees can control the crowd and timings inside the temple. He knows very well how unpredictable darshan duration is, but still chose to argue and squeeze extra money.It’s clear this hotel staff, local cab drivers, and their network have only one motto: loot the devotees. They will deliberately not talk to you in hindi or even english. But when they want to loot you they will talk in hindi. Facilities you can ignore, but this kind of cheap money-grabbing behavior is unacceptable.Save your peace, your money, and your sanity. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
