Great experience, suitable for families, with tidy rooms.

I stayed here for the second time because my first visit was so good. The room had a nice fresh smell that stayed the whole time, and the bed was cozy. It was also convenient being close to the shops and train station. The only issue was some small stains on the pillowcases and sheets. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and we enjoyed our stay again.

I stayed at this hotel on July 5th and found it very pleasant and clean. The rooms and bathrooms were well maintained, and they provided individual toilet kits for each person. They informed us that there was no restaurant on-site and suggested we get food from outside, and they were honest about this. The manager was extremely polite and arranged excellent room service; coffee and tea were delivered within 10 minutes from an outside hotel, with good quantity and quality. They were very accommodating in every way. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and others. If some reviews misled you, trust me, this place is better than other hotels in Tirupati that often deceive guests.

Mediocre

This was the worst experience. I paid 3000/- for my stay, which was supposed to include lunch and breakfast. Surprisingly, they don't have an in-house restaurant. Instead, they serve unhygienic parcels from outside. In the bathroom, they provide shampoo packets costing 1/- and soap costing 2/-, despite charging 3000/- for the stay.
