When you book a queen room and they say a king bed, they joined single beds to make it king and it's difficult for a couple to sleep on two adjoining mattresses. Then construction work was going on in the next building. Noise was too irritating. The room that was shown in the this platform images, was not same. Window view was not there. Not enough sunlight. Also, in the morning, there was no hot water for shower. When called reception, they said we are sending a bucket of hot water but we didn't receive it even after follow up. So overall experience was too disgusting. We didn't like it. We checked out early as we didn't like the stay at all. Also, we got stale french fries when ordered for in room dining. So the experience was too bad.
Sorry guys not a 4 star property.the rooms are very pathetic.the staff were making noise during sleeping hours.no basic amenities like dental kit,bathmates,body moisturizer are missing.However the interior of lobby and cafeteria was very beautifully designed but it's not enough for a good stay.rooms are very small like after and extra bed it feels like the hostel rooms.linen is not cleanAnd the staff from the dining hall during the breakfast is worst.he was rude . smiling won't hurt guys.The guy on reception was very kind and polite..he was the only person in the property who was very polite and kind with guests
