The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur

We had an exceptional stay. The service was amazing. Some of the kindest people who helped us were Ibrahim, Krithika, Suraj, and Rimjhim. Chef Ayush and one other were really helpful and made our food despite our many requests. Thank you to them and many others for making our stay so nice. The property is beautiful, and you will occasionally see peacocks roaming so keep your eyes open. The many fountains and still water effect was very beautiful and eye opening. The staff all across the hotel added welcoming touches to make the stay special. While we didn’t visit all the restaurants, the food was amazing and they were extremely accommodating of our allergies, making dishes specially that we could all eat. The property has gardens, pools, a play area for kids, activities such as pottery, a gym, a spa, and so much more. Our family is very into workouts so we were a little disappointed by the size of the gym but it was okay. We had to switch flights last minute and everybody helped us pack up and leave super quickly. The rooms were wonderful and the hotel has so many cool things like a candle room which is lit with 22 candles at night. Overall, the stay was wonderful.

Biggest problem is at night lots weddings parties extremely high noise of music till late morning..guests can not sleep..holidays goes total waste

An unforgettable royal experience!From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. The architecture, decor, and lake views are absolutely breathtaking ’ every corner feels like a scene from a royal palace. The rooms were luxurious and spotless, with thoughtful details that showed true care. The service was exceptional ’ warm, attentive, and personalized. Dining here was a treat, especially with the serene ambiance by the lake. The location couldn’t be better ’ peaceful yet close to Udaipur’s main attractions.Overall, Oberoi Udaivilas redefines hospitality. A must-visit if you want to experience true elegance and tranquility.

Just had an amazing stay. Staff absolutely fabulous and couldn't do enough for us. It made my birthday very special.We almost didn't leave the hotel the whole time.Boat trip into town and visit to the city palace and temple a mustThoroughly enjoyed the various dining experiences as we had all meals at the hotel. Waiters and waitresses helped us select Indian local dishes for our enjoyment and we enjoyed tasting everythingSpecial shout out to the pool attendants with constant supply of cold drinks and sun tan lotion and to Chaitanya for the yoga and meditation sessions....well worth the 7.30am early start.Thank you Oberoi..we look forward to returning.
