Very Disappointing ExperienceFirst of all, the breakfast quality was very poor and did not meet our expectations.The biggest issue, however, was the way the hotel management handled the parking situation. There was a marble stone placed in the parking area without any warning signs, barricades, or guidance. During the night, while returning from sightseeing in heavy rain, my car accidentally drove over the marble stone because it was not visible.The next morning, at the time of checkout, the hotel demanded that we pay for the damaged marble. We explained that there were no warning signs, no parking attendant to guide us, and no indication that vehicles should not pass through that area. Despite this, the hotel staff insisted that we were responsible.When we refused to pay an unjustified amount, the hotel management called the police. We fully cooperated and waited for the police investigation. After assessing the situation, the police clearly stated that it was not our fault and that the hotel management was responsible for the unsafe parking arrangement. Only after the investigation were we allowed to leave.We also informed *** and the hotel manager, ***, about the incident. Unfortunately, instead of resolving the matter professionally, they continued to pressure us for payment. This entire experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional.Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. Poor breakfast, lack of proper parking management, and an attempt to unfairly charge guests have left us with a very negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they improve their customer service and parking safety.

Our experience was quite disappointing. The breakfast quality was below our expectations. The main problem was how the hotel management dealt with the parking issue. There was a marble stone placed in the parking lot without any warning signs or barriers. At night, in heavy rain after sightseeing, my car hit the marble stone because it was not visible. The next morning at checkout, the hotel demanded payment for the damaged marble. We explained there were no warnings or attendants to guide us, yet the staff insisted we were at fault. When we refused to pay an unfair charge, the hotel called the police. We cooperated fully, and after investigation, the police said it was not our fault and that the hotel was responsible for the unsafe parking setup. Only then were we allowed to leave. We informed Ms. Chopra and the manager Mohit, but instead of handling it professionally, they kept pressuring us for payment. The whole situation was very stressful and unprofessional. Overall, the poor breakfast, bad parking management, and unfair charging attempt left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve customer service and parking safety.

The property is excellent and the stay was very comfortable. The staff is also very nice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kasauli!

This place is nice with stunning views. The location and rooms are also nice. The only letdown was the food, which was just average. Also, they take quite a while to serve the order.
