Worst Dining Experience ’ Completely DisappointingOne of the worst restaurant experiences of my life, unfortunately.I visited this restaurant at KC Plaza with my family, and we had a baby with us. What followed was nothing short of mismanagement and complete lack of responsibility.We placed our order and were made to wait nearly 2 hours for the food. When it finally arrived, the food meant for the baby was completely wrong, despite clearly explaining the requirement. With a baby, time and care matter the most ’ and both were ignored.Due to running out of time and the baby getting restless, we requested the remaining food to be packed. Shockingly, even packing the food took another 1 hour. No apology, no urgency, no concern for customers with families.This place clearly lacks:’Basic time management’Customer sensitivity’Professional service standardsLesson learned: A good location or fancy setup means nothing if service is this careless. Restaurants must understand that families, especially those with babies, need prompt and responsible service.I would strongly not recommend this restaurant to families or anyone who values their time and peace of mind.Very disappointing.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel KC Residency. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing experience. The staff is extremely polite, cooperative, and always ready to help, which truly makes the stay more enjoyable. Room service and overall hospitality are excellent.The only small concern is the location, as traffic congestion can sometimes cause delays, especially during peak hours. However, once inside the hotel, everything is peaceful and well managed.Overall, KC Residency offers great comfort, quality service, and warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent staff support.

Amazingly accommodating staff.Good food, both in dinner and buffet breakfast.Lovely instrumental music in lobby.Provides all required amenities in a hassle free way.Our second visit. It continues to get better with time.

Staff members are polite, cooperative, and always ready to help. The peaceful environment inside the IIT Jammu campus makes it ideal for academic visits and conferences. Food quality is good and hygienic. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended for visitors to IIT Jammu.
