Definitely not worth staying here. The rooms were dirty. Treebo should inspect the hotels before partnering with them. It was a very disappointing experience. Even though we booked for 2 days, we left early because of the poor experience and lack of any facilities.

The accommodation was the worst I've experienced, lacking cleanliness and not resembling the pictures. The infrastructure was below standard. This place is just a Nxe.

We had booked a villa room, but unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing.The room was very dirty. We spotted large spiders throughout the room and even in the common hall area. The bath towels were dirty and had a bad smell. The electric kettle provided in the room had a cockroach inside, which was completely unacceptable.The swimming pool was also dirty and poorly maintained. We even found a nail/screw in the pool. Thankfully, no one was injured, but this could have caused a serious accident.There were only two staff members handling both the kitchen and room service, which resulted in poor service. Even for basic necessities like drinking water, we had to repeatedly ask. There seemed to be no proper management for guest services.The property was also under construction, making the environment very noisy and disturbing throughout our stay.To make matters worse, when we raised these issues at the reception, the staff responded rudely instead of addressing our concerns. Their attitude was unprofessional, and they simply asked, "So, what do you want us to do?" rather than offering a solution or an apology.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, staffing, and customer service.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The service was outstanding, the ambience was beautiful and relaxing, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The owner was very supportive and ensured that our stay was comfortable throughout.A special mention to the cook for preparing absolutely delicious food. Every meal was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay. We would love to visit again!
