I stayed at this hotel in June and it turned out to be one of the most disappointing stays I've ever had. There were several problems that affected my visit, and the service was far below what I expected. The hotel lacks a proper parking area, which was quite inconvenient. Although I arrived at noon, I had to wait over an hour to check in, only getting access between 1:00 and 1:30 PM. The room I was given was completely different from what was shown in the booking pictures, which was very frustrating. The bathroom sink leaked badly, causing water to drip on my feet and clothes while I washed my face. I reported this to reception and left my key before going out, and when I came back, staff said the issue was fixed, but the leak was still there. This showed my complaint wasn't properly addressed. The reception staff seemed uninterested in solving problems and lacked professionalism and communication. The TV in the room didn't work either, highlighting the poor upkeep. I had hoped for a relaxing holiday, but the bad room condition, poor maintenance, and unsatisfactory service ruined my experience. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic hospitality standards, and the service did not justify the price. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and trouble-free stay. It was definitely one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

Delicious meals and tidy accommodations

This property is not suitable for humans to live as when i entered the room it was dirty and smelly. Due to that i had to book another hotel.
