However, the food does not justify the cost. We tried several dishes and will include photos for reference. The service staff mentioned that the reception could arrange a property tour if we were interested in staying, but the reception refused to show us around, which was surprising. Additionally, they have a library that is a true work of classic craftsmanship with cozy, intimate lighting—ideal for those who love books.

Review from my grandmother:Rockby Manor, a gem of a property with an old world charm, located in the hills of Landour! We visited this place in the first week of June 2026 to celebrate my 80th birthday. The hospitality of the staff, the food, and the beautiful surroundings were perfect. The manager Mr Puri is a gracious host and took special care to interact with all the guests. He and his staff pulled out all the stops to make my birthday celebration a truly memorable one.Thank you all for your special effort. I recommend this hotel highly and will definitely make another trip in the near future.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a surprisingly fantastic lunch at Emily's restaurant in Rokeby Manor. The wait staff were excellent, with Manveer being especially helpful in accommodating our "no garlic" request, showing politeness and professionalism. We strongly recommend the whole experience.
