Unfortunately, my overall experience at this hotel was not satisfactory.The bathroom door was damaged, and once locked, it was difficult to open, which raised safety concerns. The hand shower water pressure was excessively high and uncomfortable to use. The room lighting was very dim, making the room feel gloomy.The wash basin was also in poor condition, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from both the room and the bathroom, which affected the comfort of the stay. Additionally, the hotel was charging ’50’60 for water bottles that are commonly available for around ’20, which felt overpriced.Considering these issues, I did not find the stay to be good value for money. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

’ Stayed 2 days at M Inn, Coimbatore’The ambiance? ’?The vibe? Calm, classy, premium ’?Spacious lobby, clean rooms, big parking ’ everything looked perfect.But here’s the truth’’? A hotel is remembered not by its looks, but by its food & service.And that’s where it disappointed ’?Food had no taste, very limited variety, and service + housekeeping were not up to the mark.We were 160 members’ and almost everyone felt the same.Still, the place has potential ’ pool, spa, gym all good ’?Just improve the basics, and this could be top class.’ Good place’ but not a complete experience.

My engagement function happened there at "Happy" banquet hall in M Inn where Mrs. Litty madam accompanied us through the process and selection of menu and tasting of food. She was such a great help throughout my function. There was no tension regarding the hall as she took care of things there. And importantly the food was delicious everybody who came to the function in person appreciated chef for the excellent food preparation!!! And the management of M inn gave us a wonderful experience there.

I recently visited this hotel restaurant planet BBQ and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.First, I booked through the Swiggy app, but when I arrived they told me the booking wouldn’t be accepted. Although we said okay and continued.The buffet had very limited options, and most of the food did not feel fresh. It seemed like the dishes were cooked earlier and just reheated for dinner. Only 2’3 dishes tasted good; the rest were very average.Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations. Not recommended.However, the staff were polite and helpful, which was the only positive part of the experience.

I had a wonderful stay at M Inn Hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated the smooth check-in and great hospitality throughout my stay.The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and essentials. It was truly a pleasant experience, and I would happily recommend M Inn Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to visiting again!
