Rooms are so stinking (cigarettes), I had to change 3 rooms to get a little better room. I specifically mentioned on Agoda that I’ll check in between 8am to 9am but I was charged 2x amount (INR 1000) for early check in . No hotel / food service available even tea/coffee / hot water. No towel, no soaps and not even drinking water. They have an RO which drips water. Had I known, I would have never stepped in at all. Such a a pathetic experience. My 7 years old kid mentioned if he had a rating availability he will give 1 /5.
We booked a classic triple room. First it nowhere stated that all three people shall be of same gender and still they enforced this rule. As we were 2 female and one male, we'd to book another room for additional INR 1600. Even after booking it they put a surveillance to ensure we're not sitting in same room (where CCTV is not around) even for dinner. Secondly, the room did not even have 3 bed system, even if we were 3 females. While they charged us for classic triple room, provided only classic double room. Getting this ordeal at 11:30 pm when we cannot go anywhere else, we were duped.
I booked this hotel for a 3-day stay, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.The room was in a terrible condition. The bed sheets were stained and looked unwashed, and the pillow covers were so dirty that I had to use my own T-shirt to cover the pillow before I could sleep. The washroom was equally disappointing—it was unhygienic and clearly not cleaned before my check-in.To make matters worse, the hotel didn't provide even the most basic amenities. There was no complimentary drinking water, no towels, no soap, and no body wash. These are basic essentials that any hotel should provide.The Wi-Fi was practically unusable. It was so slow that I couldn't even load a simple website, making it impossible to work or even browse the internet.Another disappointing experience was with the breakfast. While booking the hotel, I specifically selected and paid for the breakfast option. On the first day, they provided a packed breakfast. However, on the second day, no breakfast was delivered. When I asked the staff, they initially denied that breakfast was even included in my booking. Only after arguing with them and showing proof did they provide it. The exact same situation happened again on the third day. It was frustrating to have to repeatedly convince the staff to provide a service that I had already paid for.Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and nowhere close to what I expected. Poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, unreliable Wi-Fi, and the constant hassle over breakfast made the entire experience unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel unless they significantly improve their cleanliness, maintenance, guest services, and overall management.
