Couple • India • May 2026I stayed at Little Mastiff Hotel for one day, and the experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating.The receptionist named Priya takes 20’25 minutes just for booking and the same amount of time for check-out. More than the delay, her rude, arrogant, and unprofessional attitude makes guests feel as if she is doing a favor by allotting a room. This is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry.When I asked to speak with the manager regarding this behavior, it was clear that the manager had no control, no awareness, and no responsibility over the staff or the overall operations. The management appears inefficient and careless.Food service is equally poor. Orders are served very late, and when they finally arrive, the food is cold and below standard. Shockingly, the manager seems completely unaware of these issues as well.Overall, despite decent ambience, the hotel suffers from poor staff behavior, weak management, and unacceptable service quality. This place clearly does not understand the meaning of hospitality.’ Not recommended at all.

Ms. Priya at reception helped us get the right room and even suggested a potential corporate tie-up ’ nice to see staff empowered and thinking about business growth. Hospitality was very good, breakfast was nice, and the location is amazing.Overall 4/5. Only suggestion: the room should have a proper table for working on a laptop.
