Delay in service. Location is far away from the city centre and all other main tourist places. You cannot get outside food other than the restaurant food. In the hotel restaurant, only limited food available and it's very average. Other than that everything is good.
Pls don’t get fooled by the photos they have shared or the price quoted. Any room is not worth more than 2-3k on any given day. There are zero facilities, the room is not maintained and not furnished properly. The overall place is unhygienic and in a bad shape. The staff is rude, food quality is very basic and the food spread is pathetic. The property is located far away from Yercaud town and the approaching road is unsafe to drive in the night. Lastly, they don’t even have enough parking space. Pls don’t go here if you don’t want to waste your money.For the owners and staff- you need to genuinely invest in training the staff, revamping the property as you do have the space and valley facing view. However, you are currently just wasting your credibility as you will never receive a repeat booking as other great properties in Yercaud are providing 4 star amenities at lower cost than you as compared to your 2 star facilities.
