Tree of Life Shambala Yercaud

It was a beautiful experience at Shambala from the very beginning. The security staff were exceptionally helpful, guiding us with warm smiles and making us feel welcome right away. The hospitality team went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. A special mention to Mr. Marieswaran, who took great care of the elderly guest accompanying us with genuine kindness and attention.The spa, pool, and gardens were impeccably maintained, making the entire property a serene and refreshing retreat into nature. It was truly a wonderful and memorable stay.

The property is surrounded by coffee plantation and is very much calm and quiet. There is ample parking space and the staff is very humble, friendly and polite. The food is just amazing. Since we are vegetarians, the management made sure to follow all the norms. It is a perfect stay if you are looking for a relaxed vibe. 100% recommended!

Wonderful place for a small holiday.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The entire location is so beautiful. They offer plantations tours everyday to show you around the plantation and the guide is very knowledgeable.Sometimes they serve some of the fruits they grow during breakfast which taste so good.I’m very impressed with the service and facilities. The staff are very courteous and prompt. The manager is always around to help you at any time.They have an EV charger. I hope they advertise this so it helps guests plan.Other facilities include a spa and a heated pool.We had a lovely experience at the spa. They also sell great quality coffee, pepper and other local favourites at the store.There was also a bonfire at night which was just so comforting on a cold winter’s night.Things to improve:- The food at the restaurant needs a lot of improvement. If there is one negative about this, it’s the food. Simple food is more than enough but breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant was a bit disappointing.- Another thing that needs improvement is letting guests know about dinner orders. At 7:30pm, the staff called our room to let us know that it will take them 1 hour to prepare so we would need to place an order then as the kitchen also closes at 8:30. Upon reaching the restaurant at 8:30, the food was still not ready for a simple Phulka and Dal. Many other guests who had also ordered earlier had a 1.5 hour wait. This aspect of service needs improvement.Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. It was very pleasant to walk around the precinct and experience a very serene and calm environment. Will definitely come again.

Best resort I've ever experienced a a biker. There was ample parking space in the resort. The staff were very courteous and the food was exceptional. I susquehanna in luxury tent which was mind blowing experience. It was huge and very lavishly constructed. Bed and sofas were very comfortable. Tv was smart Tv. The breakfast spread was not only ravish every dish was exceptionally made with a lot of effort to please the guests. The resort itself was very picturesque. I would definitely recommend Shambala resort to anyone ago would like to enjoy a perfect holiday with fantastic stay and lip smacking food.

Our family stayed at Shambala resort in Yercaud and it was one of the wonderful experiences we have ever had. We were treated to a welcome drink as we headed through the meandering roads to the resort itself. The serene and the tranquil environment in the resort was so profound and we experienced it first hand. The stay in our room was the most comfortable one as it was a roomy accommodation and the amenities were quite good. The decor was tasteful too. The resort had so much to offer with the chirping birds and the verdant scenic wonder captured our senses in every way. The staff were courteous in their service and the buggy ride to and from our rooms for our elderly parents was readily available and accessible during our stay. The food which was made on our request was sumptuous and spice levels were just right. The ambience at the restaurant was quiet and well lit with service being impeccable and met with a good standard. We also tried the spa experience and it was extraordinary and made us well rested after the massage treatments and facial. The iyasya spa in house is highly recommended. The plantation was a joyful experience and the shop was superb with well stocked items and the price point was absolutely right. We had the best of our stay and our parents were well rested and happy and carried back lasting memories of our stay at Shambala resort in Yercaud . The manager and the team Shambala were extraordinary and made it very pleasant for us. Highly recommended if you are looking for a resort experience in southern India.
