Won’t recommend this to anyone-Poor service despite their big name: they didn’t offer WiFi even when it was working well. They kept saying something is wrong with WiFi. I think this issue has been faced by many other people who stayed here.-Power cut offs were very frequent. Although it was for a short time most of the time but it was so irritating imagine having 10 cuts in an hour or so.-No proper kitchen: I wanted to order food but they suggested to order it from outside since. They have a very weak kitchen if there is.-With no balcony access rooms are slightly suffocating.-AC is centralised hence feels very weak. The temperature was not high as hell hence somehow managed else in 40+ this AC won’t help at all.2/5: One expect better from such a big and nicely built hotel from outside but it was sheer disappointment.

I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. Despite their big name, the service was poor: they didn't provide WiFi even though it was working fine. They kept claiming there was an issue with the WiFi, and I believe many other guests experienced the same problem. Power outages happened very often; although usually brief, having about 10 cuts in an hour was very annoying. The kitchen was inadequate—I wanted to order food but was told to get it from outside since their kitchen is very weak, if it exists at all. Rooms without balcony access felt a bit stuffy. The AC is centralized and feels quite weak. The temperature wasn't extremely high, so I managed, but in 40+ degree heat, this AC wouldn't be sufficient. Overall, I expected more from such a large and well-built hotel from the outside, but it was a complete letdown.

The staff provides incorrect information about the tariff, calls customers at the hotel, and later denies the conversation, which feels like fraud.
