I had a wonderful experience staying at MM Residency, Kochi. The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay.A special thanks to Sara, who was very helpful during the morning shift, and Shibhin, who did a fantastic job during the night shift. Both of them were polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist.The front office team did a fantastic job, and the housekeeping team also did an excellent job. Frustrating Disappointing Stay

Our stay at this hotel was highly disappointing and frustrating. We booked a room through Agoda expecting air conditioning, but upon arrival, we were informed that the Agoda booking was not for an AC room. The staff said if Agoda called, we could confirm cancellation, so we agreed and were given a different room. We were told the original room had a roof issue and were moved to a twin-bed room, which staff said was a deluxe room with a higher price. However, the two beds were unsuitable and kept separating, causing discomfort. The bed and pillows were in poor condition, and water leaked continuously from the AC. When we complained, the staff refused a refund and spoke to us disrespectfully. Feeling ignored, we called the police, who came and saw our complaint. The overall cleanliness and quality were poor, with unacceptable pillows, bed, mattress, towels, and amenities. This was a very unpleasant experience with subpar room quality, cleanliness, service, and complaint handling. I would not recommend this hotel.
