I had planned my trip from Pune to Bengaluru with a stopover at this property, but unfortunately, the stay was quite disappointing considering the price of 2,300 per night. The first issue I noticed upon entering the room was that the floor was sticky and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room, and the bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning.Additionally, hot water was not available, which made the stay even more inconvenient.Overall, the room and basic facilities did not meet reasonable expectations for the price. At 2,300 per night, I expected a much cleaner room and properly functioning amenities. Unfortunately, this was a poor experience and not a property I would consider staying at again.
Ac not working we checked in at 1am and were told suite is not in good condition taps no trking leaking issues and was given standard room where ac was not wrking sheets were also not clean
