I stayed at Saffron Srinivas hotel, which is close to Hampankatta and a bit old. The food was average. One downside is that toothpaste and toothbrush are only provided if you ask for them. As a 3-star hotel, they should offer toothpaste, brush, and comb by default, but they only give them upon request. The staff were nice. Food is served on the top floor, but there was nothing special about it. Overall, it was okay.

The rooms were nice, but the service left much to be desired. Even after multiple requests, the sheets were not changed. There was constant disruptive noise coming from other rooms and the hallways, showing little regard for guests' comfort or basic manners. The noise was so bad that we couldn't sleep well. What was more frustrating was that the staff hardly tried to handle or fix the problem, despite us informing them. In summary, while the rooms were of good quality, the poor service, neglect in cleanliness, and inability to control the noise made the experience very unpleasant.

Avoid booking rooms on the third floor as they tend to get very wet for some reason. Otherwise, everything else is fine. It's better to choose rooms on the first or second floor.

Our organization had held a workshop for PU college -POSH internal committee members in the hall here. the entire staff team assigned to help us with the event were a wonderful support staff. the hall we selected was also very presentable, arrangement was also excellent. We constantly asked for help to work with the display device. Audio quality, mike, speaker arrangements, registration desk, podium is available with prior notice. In spite of their busy schedule, they never lost their cool. Lunch for the 30-seater hall is arranged on the terrace. Lift convenience is there to reach the terrace.The meal provided was also worth the money. water bottles and pen, notebook is provided at an additional cost. But we preferred a water dispenser at the corner so that participants can get up and walk around for a water break. This place halls for 80 people gathering as well as smaller gatherings depending on your group size and budget, you can pick. POC at this place is very cordial and helpful. I wish the team the very best.
