The worst hotel experiences I have had.To begin with, the room was not cleaned at all during check-in, and the washroom had a strong, foul smell, making it extremely uncomfortable. When we complained, instead of resolving the issue properly, the hotel staff made us change rooms twice, and every room had one problem or another. Only after a lot of inconvenience did we finally get a reasonably acceptable room on the 5th floor.We were three people staying in one room and had already booked and paid for an extra bed. However, the hotel only provided the bed with a bedsheet’no blanket and no pillow. Despite requesting the same multiple times, nothing was provided.I personally followed up three times through the landline, and every time the staff casually said they would send it, but no one bothered to deliver either a blanket or a pillow. This clearly reflects zero accountability, poor coordination, and an extremely unprofessional attitude from the management and front desk staff.Overall, the hotel shows no regard for basic hygiene, guest comfort, or customer service. For a paid stay, this level of negligence is unacceptable. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone unless the management seriously improves cleanliness, staff training, and customer service standards.

Rooms are very large and spacious.They have rooms suitable for 3 or 4 people, which is quite unusual. Other hotels just provide a mattress on the floor or we need to take two rooms. Here we all can stay together.The Vegetarian restaurant attached has good North Indian food but not many South Indian options. The breakfast buffet is standard South Indian fare but toaster is not availableThe location of the property is also great. Just 15 minutes from airport and close to major attractions.The staff is polite and courteous and service is very good.But the bathrooms all have a bathtub with shower which is not comfortable for the elderly as they cannot climb into the shower without fear of falling.

The Hotel is a no frills set up. The rooms are large and spacious so perfect if you have come for a wedding in Mangalore. The Vegetarian restaurant attached has great North Indian food. The breakfast buffet is usually bad though. The South Indian food is much better when you order the regular items on the menu.The location of the property is also great.My main issue is the maintenance. The furniture, doors and toilets need renovation. They work but it's very obvious that it's time for a change. Regular customers might end up or already have started going to other hotels nearby because of this.Also the bathrooms all have a bathtub with shower which may not be comfortable to use for the elderly

The ultimate budget friendly hotel. This is a good place to stay and the service is good. I inquired a few other places and they were charging upwards of 10,000 Rs for just a night. I got this place for Rs.3000
