Nahar Residency Hotel, Ooty

The rooms are very worst. The room service was very poor. The blankets was very ugly. They made a cover with a old saree for the blankets. In the wash rooms the flesh and hand flesh are not working. The washbasin was leaking. and broken. Don't book a room here; incase you will book a room in this hotel you'll face a lot of trouble. The Manager was collect extra 300 per person just to connect with travel person. We booked 2 rooms. He collect 600 extra. The behaviour of the hotel manager was very worst

The rooms were terrible. The room service was very bad. The blankets looked awful, covered with an old saree. In the bathrooms, the flush and hand flush were not working. The washbasin was leaking and broken. Do not book a room here; if you do, you will face many problems. The manager charged an extra 300 per person just to connect with the travel agent. We booked 2 rooms and he took 600 extra. The hotel manager's behavior was very bad.

I recently stayed at Nahar Residency and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom appeared poorly cleaned and lacked proper hygiene standards. The room itself was not tidy, and the bedsheets did not feel fresh or well maintained.The rooms were below average and did not match the expectations created by the hotel's presentation. Travelers should also be careful not to confuse this property with Nahar Nilgiris Hotel, which is a different property and appears to offer a much better experience.Overall, due to the poor cleanliness, untidy rooms, and lack of proper maintenance, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again.
