NATURE BLISS FARM STAY RESORT

We had booked Nature Bliss Farmstay through Agoda. We had received our confirmation emails and messages as well. However, when we reached the property (after a very bumpy off-road ride), they said they never received our booking. They claimed they had blocked all their rooms from December to February already and it wasn't possible that we could have booked.The property manager or owner first claimed that we had the wrong address (pointing that the landmark showing in our booking address was actually very far from their property). But this was refuted at the same time by another staff who confirmed the landmark was close to their property. We checked through google maps and found it close too.Even before we could contact Agoda about the issue, this manager/owner person said he could hook us up with another nearby property one of his staff had contacts of. We quickly declined. When the Agoda customer care tried contacting them, the customer care executive told us he was informed that it was a wrong number. The whole situation seemed off and suspicious.Imagine our distress at having driven all the way from Kochi to Wynad (a total of 10 hours journey including pit stops), absolutely wiped out and wanting to rest. And finding out there is no booking in our name. We were traveling with our 3 year old so it was even more uncomfortable for us and our child. But we feel it was luck that we didn't get the booking here.After a lengthy session with Agoda customer care, luckily we found an alternative nearby Holiday Courtyard. They were excellent and property had a great view too of Banasura Dam area. Nature Bliss Farmstay did not have much of a view to offer

Had an amazing stay at this resort! The hospitality was top-notch, and the resort itself was beautifully maintained. Special shoutout to Syed, the caretaker, who went above and beyond to make our family's stay truly special. A truly well-maintained resort that met our expectations. The location is not too hard to reach, yet once inside it feels tucked away in nature, surrounded by a rubber plantation that gives it a calming , forest-like atmosphere. The property is very clean and well maintained, thanks to the care and attention of the ever helpful staff and manager, who are very welcoming and attentive.The infinity pool was also nice, it was clean, with a separate kids section that made it enjoyable for families. There was ample space around the pool and throughout the property to walk, relax, and simply unwind.The children’s play park was another plus, with all equipment in good working condition, keeping the little ones engaged and happy.We booked the entire property, which gave us complete privacy to enjoy the space at our own pace. Whether it was strolling around, lounging by the pool, or just soaking in the quiet ambiance of the plantation, everything felt peaceful and exclusive.It is a good choice for both families and groups who want relaxation, comfort, and privacy.

My stay was very pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The place was neat, clean, and well-maintained. I also loved that it was surrounded by a nice natural environment, which made it peaceful and refreshing. Would definitely recommend!
