As I write this review, I’m sitting on my balcony, completely relaxed, soaking in the breathtaking view of the Betul Lighthouse perched on the cliff, overlooking the confluence of the Sal River and the Arabian Sea. It is a view that perfectly captures the essence of what makes Neemrana Three Waters so special.Neemrana Three Waters is unlike anything I have experienced in Goa. This is not just a place to stay’it is a place that gently compels you to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with nature. The serene surroundings, stunning vistas, and peaceful atmosphere make it a truly unique retreat.What elevates the experience even further is the warmth and hospitality of the entire team. A special mention goes to the ever-smiling Manager, Kosal Ji, along with Shylo, Sonia, Ricky, and the rest of the staff. Their genuine care and attentiveness made our stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable. In fact, we are already planning another trip to Goa, largely because we want to return to this wonderful property.The culinary experience deserves equal praise. Every meal prepared by Chef Vijay was simply scrumptious, thoughtfully crafted, and full of flavor.If you are considering a stay here, my recommendation is simple: book it. You will not regret it. Come for the spectacular views, stay for the tranquility, and leave with memories of the warm hospitality that defines Neemrana Three Waters.Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable experience. We spent three nights at Neemrana Threewaters at the end of April, and overall had a wonderful experience. The property and rooms are beautifully designed, with stunning views over the two rivers flowing into the sea in the distance’especially breathtaking at sunrise.What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Everyone was warm and attentive, and their hospitality added a personal touch that we really appreciated.The location is peaceful, lush, and green, and the hotel blends nicely into the surrounding village, creating a serene atmosphere. That said, we would recommend booking a scooter in advance, as beaches and other attractions are not easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms have a classic charm while being quite newly done and very well maintained, which added a lot of character and comfort to the experience.The location is truly unforgettable, with direct views of the estuary set against the backdrop of a traditional fishing community. Watching the daily rhythm of low tide fishing activity from both our room and the restaurant felt like a living spectacle, made even more special by the presence of beautiful birds.The pool area is surrounded by lush greenery, and we even spotted some occasional wildlife, which made the whole experience feel serene and close to nature. The overall vibe is heritage, laid-back, and honestly quite unique for Goa.The hotel is also well located for exploring. Beautiful beaches like Mobor and Agonda are just about a 25’35 minute drive away, which was a great bonus.Cleanliness was excellent throughout our stay, with no complaints at all. The garden is immaculately maintained. Special appreciation to the gardener (I regret not catching her name) for the wonderful work.The staff were exceptionally attentive and warm. A special mention to Surinder and Shiloh, who both went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A big thank you to the entire team.Breakfast and daily tea were great, and while the dinners were satisfying, the food overall didn’t quite blow us away. That said, we still enjoyed dining in on a few evenings.Overall, it was a unique and memorable experience that felt well worth the price. We would definitely return and happily recommend it to others.

We recently stayed at Three River by Neemrana to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. The location is beautiful ’ very close to the river and the beach, which makes the entire vibe peaceful and refreshing.The team arranged a lovely anniversary setup for us near the pool, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was amazing ’ every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented.The staff deserves special appreciation. Everyone, including the manager and the entire team, was extremely polite, attentive, and welcoming. They also have cycles available, which is a great way to explore the nearby areas.Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely love to visit again!
