It was as bad as hell. The man at the reception told me that I didn’t have a booking with them. After showing him the booking and arguing a lot, he finally gave me a room. The place was filthy, full of mosquitoes, and crawling with bedbugs. It was a nightmare and the worst hotel experience of my lifetime.
