Despite the high charges, the service was not prompt. I would recommend others avoid booking this hotel. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience.

We reserved a King Suite but were assigned a Deluxe room instead. We didn’t complain and proceeded with our stay. The real issue began when we returned after going out for food. There were visitors at the hotel, and one man who seemed very drunk behaved terribly towards us. He was yelling, using rude and abusive language, and even acted aggressively toward my partner, almost pushing him. Although we were paying guests, we felt unsafe and very uncomfortable inside the hotel. This is completely unacceptable. A hotel should ensure guests' basic safety, security, and respect. Allowing intoxicated and aggressive individuals to cause such a situation without proper action is a major failure by management. The room mix-up was disappointing, but the lack of security and poor handling of this incident was much worse. We expected a comfortable stay but left with a very negative experience. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for couples or anyone who values privacy and safety. Management really needs to address this issue.

The walls had extensive dampness, peeling/ damaged paint, mould-like marks and visible stains. The area around the air conditioner and window also appeared poorly maintained.The room did not feel clean, fresh, or properly maintained, and the overall condition was far below what I expected for a comfortable stay. These issues should have been addressed before assigning the room to a guest.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the maintenance and housekeeping standards. I would not recommend this room in its current condition.
