My ExperienceI booked a room here online and paid the full amount in advance. Before arriving, I called the hotel and informed them that I would be checking in a little late. They confirmed it was okay.After exploring nearby locations, I reached the hotel in the evening. At the reception, they told me, ’Sorry sir, all rooms are full.’ I showed them my booking confirmation, after which they made a phone call.From their conversation, I understood that they had tried to call me while I was on a hill where there was no mobile signal. Since my phone was unreachable, they had given my booked room to other guests.They asked me to cancel the booking and contact customer care for a refund, but that did not work. I requested them to arrange something as I had come with my family.After checking, they said one room was available and asked me to use it. The room was much smaller than the one I originally booked, but I accepted as there was no other option.On the day we stayed, the weather was not cool, so I tried to switch on the AC. When I asked for the AC remote, they refused and said the room was non-AC and that I had to pay an extra ’400 to use the AC.I explained that I had booked an AC room online and that the room already had an AC unit, so I only needed the remote. However, they refused again, saying my booking amount was only for a non-AC room.Overall, this was a very disappointing experience due to poor room management and lack of responsibility for confirmed bookings.My Suggestion:If you book rooms online at this hotel, please call them, confirm your booking, and try to check in as early as possible.Even if we fully paid also they are giving rooms to others.Good Things:Decent parking space available inside the property.The staff are polite and helpful.The hotel is located close to the main road, making it easy to access.Suitable for family safe stays as well as trips with friends.Bad things:Although the staff are helpful, they lack responsibility in handling bookings.If you are staying with family, the smell of alcohol in some parts of the building may be uncomfortable.

Worst experience of my life. If you are with your family , don't even think of booking a room here. No HOT water, no WIFI, parking is in a narrow lane, you will be asked to remove your vehicle, if someone wants to move. Rooms are like closed toilet cabins. No proper bed lamps..i can go on and on. A monitor is kept and that's called a TV.

I had a confirmed Agoda booking and traveled 250+ km to reach this hotel, only to be shamelessly told at the reception that they will NOT honor the booking.What’s worse ’ after facing this myself, I checked the low-rated reviews and realized this is a repeated pattern. Many guests have reported the same issue with Agoda bookings being denied, which clearly shows this is not a one-off incident but a deliberate practice.This place has zero ethics and zero professionalism. If they receive a higher-paying booking, they seem perfectly fine canceling or denying existing confirmed reservations without any accountability, apology, or basic human decency.Because of their greed, I wasted hours, faced unnecessary stress, and had to spend extra money to find another hotel at the last minute.This is not how a legitimate hotel operates ’ this feels like a systematic scam targeting third-party bookings.

It's just a normal lodge , donot expect much very much budget friendly. Good at the price which we paid
