Treebo Punarnava Bypass Road

Hi, one of the best hotel with economical price in chikmangalore. My family and kids enjoyed the stay. Owner respond well immediately and take care the travelers interest. In future also plan to stay in same hotel if we visit again. Nice ambiance around hotel.Parthiban and Meena family.

I booked a hotel room at Treebo Punarnava, located on Bypass Road, chikkamagaluruThe staff was very friendly and kind. One staff member named Taranath Gowda was especially helpful. He even shared his contact number and told us to call if we needed anything.The morning staff was also very friendly and polite during our check-out, and he guided us properly.The hotel provides free breakfast, but we couldn’t have it because we had to leave early. Breakfast starts at 8:00 a.m.The room was neat and clean, exactly as shown on the booking site and Google Maps. I booked the room through MakeMyTrip. The room service was good, and the bathroom was clean. Hot water was available 24 hours.The location of the hotel is very good. Parking is available outside the building, and the surrounding area is neat and clean. Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars. If I visit chikkamagaluru again and rooms are available here, I will definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel's location is at a considerable distance from the main city.Room I got was very congested. Bathroom cum toilet was also very congested.Room service was extremely poor.There is no parking even for a single car. Car has to be parked on bypass road which is a big problem.Overall experience was disappointing.

Well maintained.. Good/ample spacious rooms. Equiped with AC, TV, kettel..Hot water available 24??7. Hotel have restaurant at the basement. Decent food options, howeve, highly priced.One star less because there is no one at the first floor reception where we can call or inform. The care- takers are at the ground floor with cafe and restaurant.. However, the good thing was they were tip-on-toe on their services. Much appreciated for their promptness.Second point parking issue. They don't have allotted parking spot for those who come for residence. They vehicles are needed to be parked directly on road, which is sometimes cumbersome due to cafe customers.

I usually don’t write negative reviews but this particular stay forced me to write one. I was a solo traveler and wanted a decent stay during the peak season of Christmas. I had booked this hotel considering the high amount of reviews and expected a decent stay.I entered the hotel and there was no reception apart from a bell boy. That too I was lucky that he was on the same floor.I was given the room without any identification checks which should have been my first red flag. As soon as I entered the room there was no current, There is a card holder which is supposed to control the power but that is just for show, The person turned it on from outside using a mains switch. This should have been my second red flag. Now as soon as I turned the AC on the ac started making noise without any cold air coming and when I entered the toilet the seat was broken. Adding onto this there was no towel, water bottle, soap, kettle and the basic amenities we expect from a decent hotel. On informing this to the bell boy for which I had to literally shout as he was not near reception and was on some other floor. Post which he gave me a water bottle, kettle (extremely dirty), towel and soap. Which should have been there in the first place. He told that the ac will be fixed in 10 mins but since I had to leave immediately I didn’t have much time so I gave them the key and told to fix it. On coming back I found the same issue to be ther, Turns out that the owner didn’t even know that the card was there. He sits at the coffee shop on the ground floor and for anything I have to go and fetch him. They tried doing somethings with the remote which obviously didn’t work and then we had to literally tape the ac parts so that they make less noise. All this took quite alot of back and forth from my end to call the owner again and again. He tried offering me another room but that had foul smell so I didn’t opt for it. He then suggested that I should take a table fan which I agreed to because i needed some air. But that made even more noise than the ac did. The breakfast also which they serve is pathetic and has no options.The owner is a good person and tries to solve things but the hotel is severely understaffed and needs more staff which can actually do thw work rather than the owner trying to do everything.
