First of all, it's not a hotel but a lodge.. not sure why it is coming in the hotel list on Agoda... It is not 4 or 3 but 1 or no star. No staff to entertain the visitor. They will not answer your query ,after all it's a lodge for 600-700 Rs. per day tariff. No room services. Rooms are 9x9 with a bed of 6x5... Just a plus point - AC was functioning in my room.. Worst toilet .... More you can infer from photos attached.... All reviews/photos on app are AI generated and edited... A big NO if you are looking for a HOTEL ACCOMMODATION even with basic amenities.... Location in the city limits but worst outside view...

Extremely poor service (located on a narrow lane). 1. Staff shout and talk loudly to guests. 2. Rooms are not cleaned. 3. Water is not provided properly; they only turn it on after we ask. 4. Soap, shampoo, and towels are given only after asking multiple times, sometimes at least 5 times. 5. Staff always speak loudly to customers, as if we are here without paying. 6. No car parking available.

This was the most terrible experience I've ever encountered. Don't trust the ads or positive feedback—they appear to be fake. The reception was unattended, and phone calls went unanswered. Even though I paid a high price, there was no room service, and the room lacked towels and soap, so I had to get them myself. We reserved a room for three, but no extra bed was provided. When we requested one, they asked for additional payment and only gave it after a dispute. The rooms were very small, the bed looked old and dirty, and seemed never changed. There was loud street noise, a bad smell in the room, and sticky, dirty floors with a foul odor. The bathroom was unsanitary, and no water bottle or welcome kit was provided. To top it off, the staff was untrained and spoke rudely to guests. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The room was nice, but the service was somewhat disappointing due to a lack of coordination among the staff; I ended up repeating the same information to several people multiple times. The highlight is definitely the location, right in the city center, allowing you to explore the Western Ghats during the day and the market in the evening.
