Had a wonderful experience at this property. The location is excellent, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hospitality was outstanding, with the staff being courteous, attentive, and always willing to help.The restaurant serves delicious vegetarian food with a good variety of options, making dining a delightful experience. The overall ambiance, service, and food quality make this a great place to stay and relax.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, warm hospitality, and excellent vegetarian cuisine. My stay at crystal Inn turned out to be one of the most horrible and disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we entered the hotel, the atmosphere itself felt unpleasant and poorly maintained. The reception staff were unprofessional, inattentive, and showed very little concern towards guests. The rooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic, with stained bedsheets, dusty furniture, unclean washrooms, and a foul smell throughout the room that made it very uncomfortable to even stay there. The housekeeping standards were completely unacceptable, and it looked like the rooms had not been cleaned properly for a long time. To make things worse, the food service was equally terrible. The food arrived extremely late every single time we ordered, and the waiting time was frustratingly long even for simple meals. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, tasteless, and of very poor quality. The dishes lacked freshness, proper seasoning, and basic hygiene standards, making the dining experience completely disappointing. The staff were careless whenever complaints were raised and did not make any effort to improve the situation or apologize properly. The overall service throughout the stay was slow, disorganized, and highly unprofessional. For the amount charged, the hotel offered absolutely no comfort, cleanliness, or hospitality. Instead of feeling relaxed and welcomed, we felt irritated and uncomfortable during the entire stay. I would honestly not recommend crystal Inn to anyone looking for a decent hotel experience, as the poor maintenance, dirty rooms, delayed food service, and terrible quality of food made this one of the worst stays imaginable.Even the lift was not working

Supposed to be a popular place locally. Food was not great. Service non existent. Looked like no one comes to this place. Pathetic service. Tables not clean. They don't even know to offer spoons and side plates. Didn't feel good earing here.

The room was very well maintained and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was included, which added good value to the stay. It is advisable to book through MakeMyTrip to obtain better pricing. A restaurant called Swadishta is located downstairs, and the food there was excellent. Being from the Telugu states, I was expecting flavorful and spicy dishes, and the restaurant met those expectations well. After trying several restaurants in Chikmagaluru, I would rate this place 5/5 for serving the best food. The cleaning service was efficient and consistent. The hotel staff were also helpful in arranging cabs for nearby tourist attractions.
