I am very disappointed with your staff. They lack manners when dealing with customers. They were very rude and spoke without courtesy. It was their fault, yet they refused to take responsibility and instead gave me excuses. I even considered filing a police complaint against your motel. People come to stay at your hotel, so how do you think they should be treated? While I was taking a bath, a staff member entered my room. I heard someone say something and slam the door hard, so I looked out and saw a person named Nilesh or someone else. I later confirmed his name. He had opened the door and was halfway inside, asking how much longer I would stay. He saw me, so he knew I was there! He gave many reasons for opening the door, implying he was justified, and management supported him, saying it was a formality to check if the customer wanted to stay or leave. I asked if that was their way of asking, and they said yes. They did not ring the bell, call me, or use the landline. But it was convenient for them to come inside and ask? I want an explanation. Would it be acceptable if your staff watched your wife, sister, or daughter? I want an answer.

The rooms are not cleaned properly; the bedsheets smell bad and have a lot of dust on them. The hotel seems to have bed bugs. If you like bed bugs, then this hotel is a must-visit.

The manager, Madhan Sir, is very kind, speaks politely, and shows respect.
