The staff were rude. I chose this place because of its location, but the attitude of the staff and reception was unpleasant, as if they were doing a favor or giving something away for free. Also, if your booking includes breakfast, you can only order one dish, which is ridiculous. Breakfast included shouldn't mean just one omelet for budget travelers.

Rooms were ok ok.I wanted to suggest the staff, they should provide battery cars to pick their guests atleast from the place where taxis are not allowed.Walking around with luggage is really a tough job and that too where the path is in heights.Very bad service from the hotel side.According to my point of view people should book the hotels outside Mall road as the hotels doesn't give and pick and drop facility. If the guests can walk for 20 mins with heavy luggage and that too in climbing path then you can stay in Mall road hotels.

The rooms were just okay. I want to suggest that the staff should offer battery-powered cars to transport guests, at least from areas where taxis can't go. Carrying luggage on foot is really difficult, especially on elevated paths. The hotel's service was very poor. In my opinion, people should book hotels outside Mall Road because these hotels don't provide pick-up and drop-off services. If guests can manage a 20-minute walk with heavy luggage on an uphill path, then staying at Mall Road hotels is fine.
