Group • India • Oct 20261/5 Stars – Disappointing family stay; poor hygiene and managementWe recently stayed here with our 1-year-old daughter, and it was extremely disappointing. The property fails basic hospitality standards in almost every area.Cons:Hygiene & Basic Amenities (3/10): The room had dirty bedsheets, stained pillows, old towels, and stinky toilets. To make matters worse, there was a total water supply outage.Service & Maintenance (5/10): Staffing was minimal with only two boys on duty. When we asked for fresh linens, the replacements were equally dirty. The AC barely worked, Wi-Fi connectivity was non-existent, and there were constant power outages every 10 minutes.Management & Noise (2/10): Guest management is practically absent. Other guests played loud music and made noise past 11:00 PM. Despite explaining to the staff that our toddler could not sleep, no action was taken.Pro:Cafe & Food (7/10): The only silver lining was the cafe. Although the menu was limited, the food served tasted good.Verdict: Poor management, lack of basic hygiene, and zero consideration for families with infants. I definitely would not recommend this place.

We stayed here at PACK Rishikesh for a team offsite and the property worked really well for our group. The shared spaces and overall setting made it easy to spend time together, while there were plenty of activities around for the team as well. The swimming pool was a definite highlight.

- The property would like to inform you about the essential details: From UKTC bus stand: (22 km, 1 hr) ~INR 1500 for a taxi to PACK Rishikesh (Mohanchatti). Travelers can rent a scooter for 500-700 INR per night. (Prices may vary as per season.) Contact the on-ground team for reliable rental services around the UKTV bus stand and Tapovan. By road from Har ki Paudi, Haridwar: Reach Har Ki Paudi in Haridwar and continue towards Cheela Dam (25 km, 1 hr). Cross the dam and take a left towards the Garud Chatti toll. Keep driving straight on the Neelkanth road till you reach the Ghattu Ghat diversion (32 km, 1.5 hr). Take a slight left from the diversion and drive downhill towards Mohanchatti. Continue straight on this road for ~15 minutes till you see Bairagarh village on your right. Take a U-turn leading downwards to an iron bridge. After crossing the bridge, take a right and continue on the road, slightly uphill. In 300 m, PACK Rishikesh (Mohanchatti) will be on your right. By road from Tapovan, Rishikesh: Drive down on Rishikesh Bypass road and then head straight to Badrinath road towards Shivpuri for ~4 km till you reach Brahmpuri. Take a U-turn towards Neelkanth Bridge Road. Continue straight on this road and cross Neelkanth Bridge. Keep driving till you reach Ghattu Ghat diversion. Take a slight left from the diversion and drive downhill towards Mohanchatti. Continue straight on this road for ~15 minutes till you see Bairagarh village on your right. Take a U-turn leading downwards to an iron bridge. After crossing the bridge, take a right and continue on the road, slightly uphill. In 300 m, PACK Rishikesh (Mohanchatti) will be on your right.
