It was such a bad experience the room where so dirty and we could find hairs everywhere on the bed blankets. Washroom was smelling so badly. Our check in was at 12 but we received room at 2.30Pm because of unhygienic rooms and finally staff started behaving rude with us and asked us to cancel the booking with no refund or accept the dirty rooms. Finally we had to buy room fresherners spray each time and stay. When ever we asked for food orders they denied but served others. Such a bad experience at this place I dont recommend this place worse staff and unhygienic people and rooms
The staff were very helpful and the place is well maintained
Hotel is good for quick pitstop overnight before you leave to Tirumala.
