Stayed at Palm Green Resort recently. The property, ambience, and facilities are good, and the rooms are comfortable. However, the service quality needs major improvement. Restaurant service was slow, hotel room service was not responsive, and the reception staff was not very supportive or attentive. Due to poor service management, the overall experience was below expectations. The resort has good potential, but customer service should be improved significantly.
