Nothing Royal About This StayMy recent stay at Park Royal Inn was deeply disappointing and far from what the name suggests. There was absolutely nothing ’royal’ about the experience.The rooms were strictly average at best and felt outdated the moment I walked in. The furniture looked worn out, and the beds were old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The mattresses seemed past their usable life, and the overall upkeep of the room left much to be desired.Hygiene was another major concern. I noticed cockroaches in the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of its category. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and this fell far short.The washroom was extremely small, cramped, and poorly designed. There was inadequate lighting, which made it inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. Combined with the limited space, it created a rather unpleasant experience.Overall, this stay was underwhelming and disappointing. The hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and room quality before it can justify its name. I would not recommend it based on my experience.

It was very good experience staying here.nice food,room service could have been little more better.rather than that very pleasent atmosphere.

The rooms are neat, tidy and for the room service the dangle has to be hung on the door handle and to remind the reception. The complimentary breakfast is so yummy, especially the sweet ragi semiya, the crispy masala dosa, kuzhi appam, vada, Pongal, poori, sambar chutney need to be specially mentioned. Moreover the hospitality of the entire team especially the roof top restaurant team is excellent... With limited staff they provide excellent service...They lock the access to the main entrance via staircase that becomes an issue as the only other option is to rely on the elevator that consumes time as there is only one lift, the waiting time is too much ..Some extra care needs to be taken on the following points:The internet is slow and at times it doesn't connect. I complained to the reception almost everyday to fix the showergel dispenser but they never did... Except for these few issues all other things are good...

We had excellent stay at ur hotel. We get super speed of check in and check out. Morning staff was very good. Will try to visit again and also we recommend our frds if they are going for a trip In coimbatore.
