The views of the valley are absolutely stunning! The stay was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right next to the market, so you have plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. However, keep in mind that the access road is very narrow and one-way. You can arrive at the hotel anytime, but leaving after 9AM is tough because the exit leads to Gandhi Chowk, and there's a market street between the hotel and Gandhi Chowk. It's best to plan your day by visiting attractions and returning to the hotel in the evening or night to rest. In the morning, try to leave early, ideally before 8AM, since after 9AM it becomes hard for cars to get through.

While on holiday in Dalhousie, we stayed at this hotel situated right in the mall road market, making it an excellent location for travelers who want to explore the area freely. The hotel service was outstanding! The staff were very helpful and attentive to their guests. They responded quickly to all our requests and provided services promptly whenever we needed them. The rooms were clean, tidy, and equipped with modern amenities. We had a great time staying at this hotel.

The main problem with this hotel is the parking situation. Being on Mall Road, the access roads are very narrow, which makes parking quite challenging. Guests must move their vehicles before 6:00 AM, or they risk getting stuck due to traffic rules and limited parking space. Also, I had trouble with the intercom not working. Without it, communicating with hotel staff for food orders, room service, or other needs is inconvenient. Another issue is the room layout. The rooms are below the parking area, and since parking is on the top level, people often throw trash down, making it hard to relax on the balcony and enjoy the view. While the location is decent, these problems greatly impacted my stay.
