We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately cannot recommend it, particularly for families with children.Safety & Location: The hotel is extremely isolated, meaning there are no medical facilities or basic supplies nearby in case of an emergency—a major concern that management needs to address.Severe Staff Shortage: The property is critically understaffed, which impacts basic service and guest care. No basic cleaning as spiders can be seen everywhere.Dining & Kitchen Issues: The food situation is deeply frustrating. Most menu items are unavailable during dinner and evening hours, and dining is strictly restricted between 8:30 AM and 10:30 PM (with no tea available after 6:30 PM).Not Kid-Friendly: Despite explicitly requesting a plain, non-spicy dal khichdi for a child, the kitchen served a heavily spiced dish. Ignoring basic dietary instructions for young kids is unacceptable.Management really needs to step up their game regarding staffing, food availability, and kitchen attentiveness.

My visit to Pegasus Hotel in Karjat was quite disappointing. The main problems were with room service and the quality of the food. Room service was lacking—requests were not properly addressed and the service seemed slow and disorganized. The staff did not seem welcoming or professional, which made the stay less pleasant. The food quality was also below what I expected from a hotel like this, affecting the overall dining experience. I left feeling very let down. There is a lot of room for improvement in customer service, staff professionalism, room service, and food quality. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, as the experience did not meet my expectations.

Wonderful atmosphere, tasty dishes, and top-notch service - enjoyed every second, looking forward to coming back!

My experience at Pegasus Karjat was disappointing. The quality of service seemed to vary based on how full the hotel was, which is unexpected for a high-end property. There was no clear food schedule, the menu options were limited, and the staff appeared to be both understaffed and lacking proper training. When the buffet was cancelled due to low occupancy, the alternative table service was poorly organized. Having just one person attend to about 25 guests made the service very slow and frustrating. Guests pay a premium expecting a consistent experience, and the service quality should not fluctuate with occupancy.

If you don't have your own vehicle, it's better not to visit this resort. The resort management needs to improve transportation options.
