Pla Residency

I attended a meeting in meeting hall conducted by kotak Mahindra, the area is vast and neatly maintained.Staff communication is good and gently.

The stay was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent ’ right opposite the railway station and within walking distance to the main bus stand, which makes travel very convenient.The service was really good, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated their flexible check’in times, which made the process smooth. The rooms were quite spacious for two persons and generally clean, though the bed and covers had some stains that could be better maintained.The complimentary breakfast was too good, with great taste and a variety of options. However, there were some mosquito problems that made the stay slightly uncomfortable.Overall, PL. A Residency is a good budget-friendly choice for short stays, especially if you need close access to the railway station or bus stand. With a few improvements in room maintenance and pest control, it could be an excellent option.

Hi i am venkatesan. Last night i was stay in pla residency kumbakonam. I am regularly stayed with this hotel only. But this time i got very bad experiance. Last night 10.30pm i did the checked in this hotel. They are given the family shoot room. Room rent is RS 4200 (with one extra bed)Room number 204. When we enterd this room the toilet flush is not working properly. AC is not working properly. I called the reception and i raise the complaint regarding this. He send one technician visited my room and he removed the water flushing unit and he made adjustment, ac he removed the filter and he cleaned the filter inside the bathroom. After he removed the filter both beds are dirty and water spillage on the fillr.After clean the ac filter and adjust the bathroom flush after that also problem not solved.This all the work they have to complete before the customer check in, infront of the customer they did all the work. My daughter already sick. Reception person he allocate other room. Room number is 305. This room having 2 split ac and only one sealing fan. Inbetween the beds they made partian with wooden wall. Except water kettle socket remaining other sockets are not working.Bathroom door downside gap is there. There is no intercom in this room. Maintenance of this hotel rooms are now a days very worst.Sorry to say this time totally we are disapointed

Either you stay for 1 hour or 1 day, they will charge the whole. Now some construction is going on, you may don't get peace if you want to rest in the day, may be after completion of the construction, this will be a decent one. TV cable was also not working. Location is good. But price are high with reference to what they charge and what they have. Morning complimentary breakfast was good and restaurant staff behaved well.

We were surprised to know they had a restaurant... We had three meals continuously there ( Lunch, Dinner and the following day's complimentary breakfast). The taste was amazing, good quality of food (no indigestion issues even though we were travelling) and most importantly affordable
